5. Fees and payment

Fees and payment schedules will be agreed before work begins. Unless the applicable agreement says otherwise, payments are due according to the invoice. We may pause work or withhold unfinished deliverables if an undisputed payment is overdue.

Project fees reflect the agreed scope, required expertise, quality of work, resources, and deadlines. They are not converted into an hourly or daily rate unless we agree to that in writing.

6. Approvals, revisions, and additional work

When a project stage or deliverable is approved, it is treated as complete. Revisions outside the agreed scope, changes after approval, or additional deliverables may require new fees and timelines. We will aim to explain the impact before proceeding with additional work.

7. Marketing performance and outcomes

We commit to professional care, thoughtful strategy, diligent execution, and transparent communication. However, marketing outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control, including audience response, product-market fit, pricing, competition, platform changes, budgets, timing, sales execution, and client decisions.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee a particular level of revenue, profit, leads, conversions, reach, ranking, or return on investment. Case studies, forecasts, targets, or confident language used to explain our process are not promises of identical or specific results. Refund rights are determined by the applicable written offer and our Cancellation and Refund Policy, not solely by whether a hoped-for marketing result occurred.

8. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, branding, website design, and other content on this website are owned by Adz Mantra or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
