Context

Klyrivo needed a post-opt-in journey that would do more than deliver a PDF. The sequence had to help subscribers recognise calendar overload as a capacity problem, introduce the brand’s humane planning philosophy, and build enough trust for the Honest Month offer to feel like a natural next step.

Subject : Your Honest Week PDF (plus a warning)

Hi Julian,

Most people treat their calendar like a suitcase.

If you have a trip coming up, you don’t just keep throwing clothes in until the lid won’t shut. You make choices. You leave the extra boots behind so you can actually zip the thing up.

But with your time? You keep throwing “one more task” in, the zipper breaks, and you spend your whole week trying to hold the contents together while they spill all over the floor.

Don’t try to be a hero when you fill this out. Bring the mess.

Look at Wednesday. Is it a “Believable Day” or a “Fantasy Day”?

If it only works if you don’t eat, don’t pee, and don’t get a single interruption… it’s a lie. Let’s start telling the truth.

Email 1: Acknowledge

Send: 2 hours after opt-in
Main goal:Validate the problem and get the subscriber to use the PDF.

Subject: The hidden “tax” on your sleep

Olivia wakes up on Monday feeling like a superhero.

She writes a list that would take three people to finish. She feels productive just writing it.

Then Tuesday happens.

A client meeting runs over. The dog needs the vet. A “quick email” turns into a 45-minute debate.

By 6:00 p.m., she hasn’t finished her list. But instead of saying “The list was impossible,” she says “I am a failure.”

Then she pays the tax. She works until 10:00 p.m. to “catch up.”

If that’s you, open the PDF I sent you. Look for the one day that is currently charging you a “Sleep Tax.”

Stop being a hero. Start being honest.

Email 2: Include

Send: Day 2
Main goal: Establish the brand philosophy and invite a reply.

Subject: Why “Open” does not mean “Available”

Most productivity apps are designed by robots for robots.

They see a 60-minute gap on your calendar and think: “Perfect! Put a 60-minute task there!”

But you aren’t a robot.

If you just finished a two-hour strategy session, your brain is fried. You need 15 minutes to stare at a wall and drink water.

Klyrivo is built on a “Capacity-First” philosophy. We believe that if you don’t schedule your recovery, your body will eventually schedule it for you (usually in the form of a burnout or a breakdown).

What’s the one thing that always blows up your plan?

Reply and tell me.

Is it the “urgent” pings or the fact that you’re just plain tired?

Email 3: Mobilize and bridge

Send: Day 4
Main goal:Introduce The Honest Month without pressure.

Subject: The 4-week pattern of “failing”

If you look at one week, you might think you just had “bad luck” on Tuesday.

But if you look at four weeks, you’ll see a crime scene.

You’ll see that you always underestimate how long admin takes. You’ll see that you try to do your hardest work right when your energy hits the floor.

One week is a clue. Four weeks is a map.

This is why we created The Honest Month.

We don’t just give you a tool; we give you 45 days to find your patterns. We help you rebuild your hardest days so they actually fit a human being.

It’s $19. Once. No recurring fees. No “gotchas.”

Email 4: Direct offer

Send:Day 5
Main goal:Make the $19 offer clear and easy to evaluate.

Subject: The end of “Calendar Guilt”

Traditional planners punish you.

When you don’t finish a task, it turns RED. It screams OVERDUE. It makes you feel like you’re in debt to your own computer.

In Klyrivo, we have a “Today Changed” button in our dashboard.

<Image showing the dashboard>

When life happens…and it always does…you hit the button.

Klyrivo asks: “Okay, what happened? Do you need to move this? Do you need to protect your evening?”

It re-plans your day in seconds. No shame. No guilt. No red text.

The Honest Month gives you 45 days to practice this new way of living.

$19 buys you a month of finishing your day on time.

Email 5: Mechanism and benefits

Send:Day 7
Main goal:Make the mechanism and emotional benefit concrete.

Subject: I hate “Sneaky Subscriptions” too

Let’s be real. The last thing you need is another $15/month charge hitting your card forever because you forgot to cancel.

That’s why The Honest Month is $19 once.

You get 45 days. You get the 4-week reset. You get the personal summary of your patterns.

Its a complete dashboard clubbed with a mobile app…not a pdf

At the end, if you want to keep going with the annual plan, we’ll even give you your $19 back as a credit.

If you do the work and realize you just prefer the chaos? Hit us up and we’ll refund the $19.

You keep the summary. We keep our integrity.

Email 6: Objections and risk

Send: Day 9
Main goal:Resolve the main objections without overstating the product.

Subject:”Too busy” to plan is why you’re drowning

Hi [Name],

“Give yourself permission to rest” is good advice.

It is also incomplete.

Because when the unfinished work is floating around in your head, permission does not settle the question:

Can I really stop now?

Most people do not need another reminder that rest matters.

They need a plan they can trust.

A plan that shows what fits.

A plan that shows what does not.

A plan that gives unfinished work a new home instead of quietly assigning it to tonight.

That is what The Honest Month is for.

Over four real weeks, you use Klyrivo to make the tradeoffs visible before your evening becomes the unofficial overflow department for every task that did not fit.

The result is not a perfect week.

It is something better: a week you can believe.

[See how The Honest Month helps you build a plan you can trust]

P.S. The Honest Month is $19 once. No automatic renewal. Just 45 days to find out what changes when your calendar starts reflecting your real capacity.
